Toby Jo the Cat needs a home

Toby was adopted from Purrfect Pals as a kitten, but was returned because he was spraying in the house. Toby grew up with children and was described by his previous owner as a friendly and active boy. He loves to be petted (but not on the tummy, please!) and sleeps on people's feet. He has a tendency to bully other cats and prefers not to be in the presence of them. Toby Jo loves to be the center of attention and when he feels ignored he will grab your attention with soft bites. He does not typically use the litter box. He is a known territorial sprayer. Like all Purrfect Pals kitties, Toby has been altered, microchipped, vaccinated, tested for FIV and Leukemia and treated for fleas/parasites.
